Very, very slow service. Irrespective of whether you have a scheduled appointment, you always have to wait. Extremely inconvenient. Overall, do not recommend this bank. There are many other reliable banks in Moldova with better conditions.

Very weak and disappointing services ! All the time when I want to withdraw cash or Eur, I am limited to 8k and 500 Eur- there is a need for multiple withdrawals to reach the desired amount …. No limits in app or on card! Today the ATM almost ate my card (Dacia/Traian) No service for Eur transactions- disappointment !

Yesterday, 12.12.25, I was served by a young lady (a skinny blonde), who barely opened her mouth and told me that an appointment was needed, otherwise she didn't want to update my data. I mention that she behaved with airs, and it is incompetence! And she did not behave professionally! Shame on ProCreditBank!
