Poor service. The agency is often unable to provide currency, especially USD. You are systematically told to "come back in 2 or 3 days," then they forget to order the currency from the Treasury. Same scenario every time. Unprofessional customer service, lack of organization, and sometimes unpleasant attitude. An experience to avoid.

I went there today to make a deposit, and they told me it wouldn't be possible because they don't have internet. It's shameful for an international bank in the capital to have no internet connection... just close the branch then, it would save me the time and the trip.
