Sparkasse Münster Ost lied to me. The transfer was supposed to go abroad, but it didn't. I provided all the necessary information, including the account number, but unfortunately, after four days, the money still hadn't arrived in the recipient's account. It ended up being processed by Hessisches Landesbank as an intermediary, even though it was an instant transfer, and it cost €12.50. Now I'm considering closing all my accounts with Sparkasse. I'm so disappointed.

Be careful with this bank! I've never had anything to do with them before. However, they debit my account in the name of a merchant. 😠 Neither the merchant had anything to do with it, nor did I authorize this merchant or anyone else to do so. This is theft and fraud!!!

I just wanted to quickly buy some gold... Unbelievable! There was no indication anywhere that payment was by card only, neither outside nor online. Then I found myself standing in front of a closed door. Only because another customer called the bank did a Helaba employee go to the entrance, which apparently closes regularly. Unfortunately, there was a customer ahead of me, and the teller's computer hadn't even booted up yet (official opening time had been 50 minutes earlier). They were buying dollars, and because there was no counting machine, the customer had to count everything himself. So unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Simply embarrassing. The two employees I did meet were very friendly, though.

Not trustworthy. Helaba was used as an intermediary bank for a transfer between HSBC and Sparkasse. The amount has been stuck there since it was booked – for 14 days now!
