I have been with fortuneo since June 2024 (I am based in Paris). I did a Transfer of 700€ on 30-Oct-2024, which Fortuneo claims that was *rejected* by the receiving bank (the receiving bank Account also belongs to me and there is no record of rejection). Fortuneo removed the 700€ from my Fortuneo account. The money never arrived in the other account. I contacted the Fortuneo customer services numerous times and they always have a different answer. I am still without the 700€ after more than 2 months. If you want to keep your money safe choose another bank. Update 26 Jan 2025: after 3 months and many emails and telephone calls, the 700€ euros was finally credited back.

Shittiest bank ever that they never allow you to close the account no matter what you do

Fortuneo took over two months to transfer my PEA, and I've had a few other issues with them. I don't recommend Fortuneo.

Disastrous bank. 48 hours to add a SEPA beneficiary, then over a week to make a simple SEPA transfer within Europe. This is completely unacceptable. Any bank in the Eurozone can process a transfer in 24 hours. Inefficient customer service: calls repeatedly dropped off, slow responses, and no concrete solutions. The so-called "security" procedures are cumbersome, restrictive, and penalize the customer. Probably the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I strongly advise against it. Avoid this bank and its slow, inefficient administrative procedures. ⚠️
