Bank passbook given but phone not available in passbook google phone given but phone number not reachable toll free number given but account related information not given very bad poor update google and online

This bank and the services have drastically deteriorated over time. 6 months back things happened in minutes. Now it takes minimum 30 minutes and half the time the staff is chilling and relaxing. Cannot blame them, the manager himself looks like he has come for a holiday

Very slow response from the staff. They look more than 30min to understand the process for account closure from each other.

This Bank is not honest as it appears. I have a Loan Account in Sama Road br , VADODARA. They randomly debit large amount in thousands in the name of Penal Charges without any valid reason. When pointed out the staff give excuse that it is a system problem and the Head Office is not giving permission to refund it even after one month. Then one with other own occupancy , forgets to follow up and the Bank also forgets. ADVISE TO CUSTOMERS - KEEP CLOSELY MONITORING YOUR ACCOUNT
