This star is because of the comfortable chairs in the bank. A bank that changed the concepts of economics for me. For the first time, I see a bank that requires a customer to make a fixed deposit of 10,000 pounds, to open a current account in the bank. Mighty working minds that do not sleep ?, and they also tell you that if your balance is less than this amount at any time, we will take expenses from you too ?, bank It's a bad experience

If i could give them a negative star, I would. They have the worst customer service agents - Especially from the Julphar branch - Shirajudeen and Bilal. They are rude, unprofessional and don't know what documents are required for any service that is requested for business accounts. Had a personal account with them as well, and they treated their customers like they are worse than ants. I don't even know how they are in customer service with that attitude. I had to contact the customer service toll free number five times, request them to send the emails to get details for the account and then visit the branch multiple times to sort the issue out. Won't ever recommend CBI to anyone.

Worse customer service. Had a token and wait 45 minutes and the staffs sit in one room and talk each other. The cleaning boy approach the staffs and tell them some one is waiting for long time and still they doesn't care. Last time to go there and doesn't recommend anyone
