Having had an account with me for my business since 2018, I've had several advisors, some very good and one bad, but the manager handled the issue very well. For some time now, we've had Alexis MIN as our advisor, and everything is going very well. We needed someone responsive and personable, and that's exactly what he is. Hopefully, this will continue.
I have been a customer of this bank for a long time and receive excellent service. Mr. Min, who now manages our accounts, is very professional, always kind, and demonstrates a great ability to explain things clearly. He responds quickly to my requests and is always available in case of an emergency. We are very satisfied with the relationship of trust that has been established.
Very rude front desk assistant. Telling me I can't open a french bank account just because my french is limited. Somehow she spoke good english still told me I cannot open and told me to go to different bank. Super rude. Would not recommend at all.

Since Mr. Martinez and Ms. Lopez left, the quality of service has significantly deteriorated. Two examples:
- A few weeks ago, I contacted my new advisor (Ms. Ferreira) to request a student loan for a career change project. Unlike other banks, CIC has implemented an age limit for student loans: I am ineligible. Beyond the disappointment of the refusal, it's primarily the way the interactions unfolded that is unacceptable. First appointment: I explained my project, and my advisor told me she would get back to me soon. After 10 days without hearing anything, I sent an email. No response. I followed up, still no response. So I made another appointment. During the second appointment, my advisor explained that they wouldn't be able to finance the project (which she clearly hadn't studied very thoroughly since she was asking me for information I'd already sent by email). I'm changing my opinion about CIC Torcy because, since Ms. Martins left, their professional service has really deteriorated. Her successor doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. The response we received a month after sending several emails and making several calls was: "Go look at the terms and conditions..." We spent two hours on the phone about insurance, and she still couldn't resolve it, asking pointless questions. We also requested a different advisor, but the manager isn't responding either... We are very disappointed.
CIC charges exorbitant overdraft fees; it's truly outrageous, especially considering I have savings.
I decided to close my accounts after repaying my mortgage for my primary residence, and then:
