Please, my suggestion is to install a deposit machine. There is no need for me to stand in line to deposit my money, and so that I can deposit my money whenever I want.

The Firdous branch is pretty horrible when it comes to service. No one to assist. They make you wait for long time even to just deposit a cheque. The Ahmadi and Souq Sabah branches are really good with their service though.

Terrible branch. Terrible reception. I’ve been in other branches in received better welcome. Firdous branch is very bad Receptionist was chatting for over a minute before she asked me what was my need. I received a message that my new card is ready for collection, she told me to come after one month. Didn’t check the system. Didn’t look for expiry date And told me to go home and come back after one month. No etiquete, non profesional And completely lazy.

Unprofessional bank I was the first person to enter and the employees took an hour to process the first order It's like entering a government office
