28/02/2026- update: From the manger of the branch, they have suggested to just wait and wait, i will be receiving the cheque of the amount by 15th feb,2026
Its now month end 28th feb,2026 still they have no update for my positive bank balance, they have no update regarding my post, they are not willing to give my money back or to transfer the bank balance to another account.
Moreover they just tell all the time since 10+ appointments, you need to wait- !!
I am a student and i need the money, i will wait one more day! Else i will file a legal complaint
No one is trying to help, everyone wants to sit and say there normal procedure
They dont like to dig and help the true customers!
