I called Ms Madiha for purpose of cancelling my ADCB credit card. She was very insightful and explained to me all the benefits of my credit card. I called to cancel but after speaking to her I decided to keep my credit card with ADCB. It is very rare to find a relationship officer as dedicated as Ms Madiha who will go above and beyond to thoroughly and patiently explain all details to customers. Not only that, she also checked all my information and advised me to keep my records and details updated with the bank. She was with me on call to update my records, patiently guiding me every step. I appreciate her hard work and I will start recommending ADCB because of my excellent experience with Ms Madiha.
Had an extremely disappointing experience at Invest Bank – Al Qasmia Branch, specifically at Counter No. 1. The elderly lady handling the counter was exceptionally rude, impatient, and unprofessional.
As a customer, I was spoken to with arrogance and zero respect, as if asking for assistance was a burden. There was no basic courtesy, no willingness to listen, and absolutely no customer-service attitude.
This is a bank, not a government office where customers are treated poorly. Staff at the front desk represent the bank’s image, and behavior like this seriously damages trust and reputation.
Management must take this seriously and provide proper customer-service training or take corrective action. Customers deserve respect, regardless of age or position.
Very unhappy with this visit. I hope the management reacts and improves service standards.
If company change , top up loan not possible invest bank even salary account every month th maintain amount , otherwise deducted charges ,
Rude attitude from a arab lady in counter number 3. Her orders 1”go and sit there” 2”write write your number and id number and wait ok - dear management, please provide necessary training for this lady about customer relations to maintain the bank reputation. Thank you!

The worst bank I have ever been to.
Employees at this bank don't know how to interact with customers, and they take a lot of time just to cash a cheque.
I spend 30 mins just get my cheque cashed and the number of customers at the bank that time were just 5 to 6.
Pathetic service.
