The bank is actually on the other side of the building, pointer is misplaced. Only used the ATM, so no idea about the service quality, but that one works well.

One of the staff apparently was Chinese appearance but said he pretended he don't understand Chinese at first, n agreed he only speak English n German after. Only after I noticed another staff sit next to him answered the phone call with Chinese, I started to questioning about his previous statements, n asked again " are u sure u only speak English n German?!" Cuz when I talked with him in English, he can't even express basic conversation in English use the wrong way also. He might thought my English was not good enough, so he can make some obstacles for me. Duh, such genius finally choose to speak Chinese, n obviously Chinese hears like his mother tongue . Never meet such bad attitude before.

Today I went to the bank to open a card! But the woman at reception was negative and strongly advised me against it. I asked many questions, like why I needed a card and how I would use it. This is the first time in my life that a bank employee has behaved like this!!! I do not recommend this bank.

I’m confused what to say. Their service is just really really bad. And on top of that, slow. Don’t expect them to smile or help. They have 0 professionalism. They will pretend they don’t see you and just chat amongst themselves. And when they do address you they act as if every explanation they gave is obvious (duh). No greetings, rude, and condescending. Idk if I’m talking to CS or debt collector. They seem tired and keen to make your experience as worst as possible. I just created a new account and can’t even login to mobile banking. They’re about to close and seems in a hurry to go home. When I asked where I can see follow up of my issue they say I can just call them back lol. Service is so bad is laughable. On top of that product is also bad?? Please. No saving grace whatsoever.

Terrible customer service. Tried calling their phone numbers and neither of them connected me to them. Very dissatisfied even from the start.

Long waiting time even though the queue is not long. Bankers wearing red coat can't be bothered to help out even though the queue for personal banking is very long. And not many customers to be served by bankers wearing red coat. In conclusion, the service attitude of bankers wearing red coat urgently need to be improved
