This branch is completely unprofessional. Being self-employed, our opening hours are very limited. Yesterday, I sent an email to let them know I'd be coming today at 12:20 PM to prepare some change. No reply. Today at 12:20 PM, the security gate in front of the counter was down. This is unacceptable; the stated opening hours are until 12:30 PM. I will go elsewhere from now on. They don't answer the phone either. It's truly terrible service.
I tried to contact them regarding a replacement card after a burglary... They are unreachable by phone, don't reply to emails, and don't get back to me in any way.
They don't answer the phone, and the only times they do, they tell us to go there in person. When we go, there's no one there anymore, even though their hours say they're supposed to still be open. People have to work and can't go whenever it suits them.
I'm really disappointed with this service; we didn't have this problem with Axa.

There's a huge error in my car insurance contract (a figure that doesn't appear anywhere on my contract, order form, or invoice...). It's like the broker rolled dice to decide how much to insure!
And the worst part is they don't even admit they made a mistake... no goodwill gesture... nothing... but the evidence is right in front of them...
So I'm stuck with a totaled car that wasn't properly insured!
On the other hand, to remain polite, there were no problems with the bank...
In short, run away from these brokers!!!!!!!
I'm in a dispute with Booking.com. They're demanding two documents from Crelan. I started the process on January 5th and I still haven't received ANYTHING!! No answer on the phone, they forward my email request to headquarters and still no news. All this for two documents... Since then, no more email replies. Avoid CRELAN at all costs; we live in a world where nobody is there for anyone anymore. And of course, I'm waiting for their automated reply, asking me to contact them by email—give me a break.
